Panic

Panic is an awesome foe,
It disguises itself as The Crow.
…as if you didn’t know.

Today it’s partnered up with Pain
To get the best out of my brain.
Once he’s in, he won’t let go, so just sit back and enjoy the show.

At first there’s not much here to see,
just plain old boring me.
A small and gentle twitch,
Not much really, just a hitch.

Then the prickles start,
And I begin to doubt my heart.
‘Full arrest with no re-start?’

No, just relax, until it’s fine!
But what if that’s not enough this time?
This is it, I could be dead,
Along with everything in my head.
That would be an awful shame,
And we all know who is to blame!

A last attempt to control my breath,
If it fails, then certain death.
Strangely though I’m still here
And my eyes begin to clear.
Legs relax, shoulders drop,
I might just avoid the flop!
Yew, I’m coming back, back on top.

Feeling heavy
I slouch for a chair
Sitting down gasping for air.
Those around don’t really care,
They often don’t even stop and stare.

All feels heavy I need to wee
And once I have you will see
An amazing recovery.
You see the fear and all the dread
Really is inside my head.

Davros Begins

The Driver and the Toad
Lie flat in the road,
Their relationship a little perplexed.

It was easy to tell,
When you see how they fell,
disaster was on the cards;
especially in the last few yards!

To sooth your concern,
It was always their turn,
And this will only help them to learn!

Make no mistake,
Mistakes were made,
And for that,
Someone will have to be paid!

They made it quite clear,
when the Terror was near.
They wanted to know how it feels;
For Davros and the Daleks to have wheels.

With the Genie out the bottle
They can now go full throttle,
much to Monkeys delight.

The Terror’s their Boss,
They call him Davros!
And even now I could feel,
that the He was real!

He's a wicked masked genius,
with a certain appeal;
Who, they never dreamed he would be real.

Filling us with fear,
the terror is near!
We know it feels,
for Davros and the Daleks,
To have wheels.

Round world

Someone once tried to tell me the world was round.
How ridiculous does that sound?

You can only guess
The terrible mess
A round world would create!

It wouldn’t be great!
